Consistent PEO experience

This was our third time using Multiplier for PEO Services, this time for a new hire in the UK. Just like before, the process was reliable. The Employee Onboarding was efficient, and they handled all the visa sponsorship paperwork, which is always a relief. I've found their Global Tax Compliance to be consistently solid across different countries we've hired in. It's why we keep coming back; they just deliver on what they promise.

Amazing global payroll solution!

Multiplier is fantastic! We just moved our global payroll over to them, and it's been such a smooth transition. Their platform for multi-country payroll is so straightforward, and I can finally see all our international employees' paychecks in one place. The team was super helpful with the initial setup, and I just love how easy it is to manage everything now. Seriously, if you need Global Payroll, you HAVE to check them out. Will definitely be using them for all our future international hires!

EOR service for our remote team

We recently used Multiplier for their Employer of Record service to hire a new team member in Germany. The initial consultation was thorough, explaining the process for international compliance and statutory benefits clearly. Onboarding the employee took about 8 business days, which was a bit longer than I anticipated, but the Multiplier team kept us updated throughout. The platform for managing payroll and expenses is intuitive enough, and I found the HRIS integration with our existing system pretty seamless. I had a question about health insurance for remote teams, and customer support responded within a few hours with a detailed explanation. Overall, the quality of the EOR service was high, and it definitely helped us avoid a lot of legal headaches.

Good value for new hires

I was looking for the most cost-effective way to hire internationally and compared a few platforms. Multiplier's custom quote for their Employer of Record service seemed like a good deal, especially with the startup discount they offered. They didn't have a public promo code, but the sales team applied a platform fee waiver during our consultation. It felt worth the purchase given the savings and the comprehensive support for International Compliance. Saved us a good chunk of change.

Easy Contractor Management

Needed to pay a freelancer overseas. Signed up for Multiplier's Contractor Management. It was super easy to get set up. Payment went through without a hitch, and I didn't have to worry about any of the local tax stuff. Felt good knowing it was all handled right.

What's the actual difference between an EOR and a PEO service with Multiplier? I'm a bit confused on which one I need.

S Susan Moore 1 month ago
EOR means Multiplier is basically the legal employer, handling all the local stuff. PEO is more like they co-employ with you, sharing responsibilities. EOR is usually for when you don't have a local entity.

EOR is for when you don't want to deal with any of the legal hassle in a new country. PEO is more for if you already have a presence but want help with HR and payroll. Multiplier's website explains it pretty well if you dig a bit.

Anyone know how to apply a promo code on Multiplier? I got one from a partner but can't find where to enter it on their site.

R Richard Allen 1 month ago
I think promo codes are usually handled during the sales consultation, not really a public box to type them into. You'd probably just mention it to your rep.

Yeah, when I got a referral discount, it was just applied to the quote the sales team sent me. They don't really have a public 'coupon code' box.

does Multiplier offer health insurance benefits for remote employees? like, if I hire someone in Brazil, can they get health coverage through Multiplier?

J Jennifer Adams 4 weeks ago
Yeah, they do. That's one of their main services, getting benefits like health insurance set up for international teams.

D Donna Phillips 4 weeks ago
Can confirm. We have employees in multiple countries and Multiplier sorted out their local health insurance packages. It was pretty seamless.

I'm thinking about paying annually to save some money. Do they offer a discount if you commit to yearly billing instead of monthly?

A Adam Scott 4 weeks ago
Yep, most of these platforms, including Multiplier, usually give a discount for annual commitments. We got a good chunk off by going yearly.

S Susan Garcia 4 weeks ago
They totally do. It's usually built into the custom quote you get, so make sure to ask your sales rep about the annual billing option.

How long does it usually take to get a new hire set up with Multiplier, especially overseas? Need to get someone onboarded in Spain pretty fast.

R Rachel Hernandez 1 month ago
From my experience, it's fairly quick, usually just a few days if all the paperwork is in order. For a contractor it's super fast, employees take a bit longer for compliance stuff.

I had a new team member in Germany set up within a week. Multiplier handled all the local legal bits. Just make sure you have all the employee info ready to go.

I'm trying to figure out if Multiplier is legit or if I should just go with Deel. Anyone used both or have strong opinions?

D Deborah W. 1 month ago
Multiplier is definitely legit. Used them for a while before switching providers for a specific feature, but they were solid. Good compliance.

J Jacob Allen 1 month ago
They're both good, honestly. Multiplier feels a bit more hands-on with the local compliance for us, but Deel has a slicker UI. Depends what's more important for your needs, I guess.

Hey, thinking about using Multiplier for our small startup. Anyone know if they do any special deals for new companies?

D Daniel Ramirez 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I remember seeing something about startup discounts. You probably have to ask their sales team when you get a quote.

M Michelle Harris 3 weeks ago
They do! We got a pretty sweet deal when we signed up last year, it was like a few months free or something. Definitely worth asking about when you're talking to them.
